The customer pays a single amount at checkout. Flash ID automatically calculates the shipping cost (charged to client) and pays the courier directly. The retail store receives their standard full photo fee cleared to their account split weekly.

While a thermal waybill printer (like Zebra, Honeywell, or Xprinter) is highly recommended for speed and self-adhesive labels, the system can spool waybills as PDFs to print on standard A4 paper, which you can fold and tape to your shipment flyers.

Under POPIA, delivery details constitute personal info. Flash ID logs the address strictly to dispatch the shipment, and purges the data from active server caches within 7 days of shipment completion. We do not keep address log databases.

The Courier Guy and Pudo provide wholesale pricing on flyer packets and sleeves for regular dispatch clients. When our technician registers your Flash ID courier profile, they also link your store profile to receive a starter pack of flyers.
